Mike Kunkel provided this sketch of Quick Draw McGraw for me at this year's Wizard World in Chicago. Mike was there to take part in the announcement that he will be doing a new Captain Marvel comic book for DC Comics, Johnny DC line. The Johnny DC line is aimed towards younger readers and includes books like Scooby-Doo. Mike's new book will be entitled "Billy Batson and the Magic of Shazam." Mike is best know for his comic book "Hero Bear and the Kid" from his own company "The Astonish Factory." Here in HB Town, Mike will be moving onto Bedrock Blvd with fellow Johnny DC creator Art Baltazar.Friday, September 21, 2007
